Participants of all programs at gymNation are subject to an annual registration fee. Only one registration fee is due regardless of the number of programs a student participates in. Registration fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable.
Tuition is based on a year round basis and paid on a monthly basis. Months vary as to how many classes your child will participate in depending on holidays and school vacations. Registration and tuition for July and August will be calculated separately. School year payments will be discontinued at the end of June. Summer payments will be discontinued at the end of August.
Tuition payment is due on the first of every month. Tuition must be paid by automatic charge/withdrawal from a credit or debit Visa or Mastercard.
Withdrawal from class must be made in writing by the 15th of the previous month.
There are no refunds for missed classes. There are no make up classes for our Martial Arts Program. One scheduled make up per month is allowed in our gymnastics classes. Make ups cannot be carried over to the next month and are non transferable. Preschool gymnastics students may make up in another scheduled preschool class. School age recreational gymnastics ( Boys & Girls Jr Rec, Boys & Girls Rec 1 & 2 and Beginner Tumbling Class) students may make up in the regularly scheduled Friday night make up class which is offered once per month. Please see schedule. All make ups must be scheduled and approved by the front office.
gymNation does not necessarily follow school cancellations. All cancellations and closures will be posted on the homepage of the website and our gymNation Facebook page. Please check one hour before your scheduled class to see if we are open.
