Intensive Training Camp 2018

Come Train Like a Champion With Us This Summer!

Intensive Training Camp 2018
August 20-24th | 9:00-4:00

At this year’s ITC we plan on bringing your gymnast an intensely challenging an fun camp experience. Camp days will be jammed packed with drills and progressions to skill build as athletes prepare for the next competitive season. The “fun” will come from the challenge of pushing themselves physically and mentally as they work towards new goals. Campers will be grouped by level to ensure a safe and successful training experience. Guest coaches with strong gymnastics backgrounds will be in residence during the week as well as gymNation’s competitive staff. Campers will build camaraderie as they work together to prepare for an exhibition on the last day of camp for family and friends. One afternoon will be spent at the beach for some fun in the sun and an opportunity to surf or boogie board. Transportation will be provided by In-Town Trolley!

Special campers awards will be given out at the exhibition on Friday. Female campers will receive an ITC leotard and male campers will receive an ITC T-shirt.  ITC is designed for both the recreational and competitive gymnast who is passionate about gymnastics! Ages 6 & older.

tough-tumble-startOpen to 3 year olds to 13 year olds. Parents, this will be a fun but safe course for the kids. Parents are welcome to and encouraged to join your little ones along the course. We will run the race in “Waves” so we can send kids off similar age and size to keep it safe. There will be a mud pit to climb through if they would like to and a hose to clean up with but bring some towels and a change of clothes so that you can go back to the gymNation area after the Tough & Tumble. For obvious reasons we’ll need clean kids and no shoes on gymNation experience.

Parking-There is street parking (except where posted No Parking) and a few parking lots that are available. See the attached map for additional parking areas. The event is easily reached from Main Street and the Waterhouse Center area. We’ll have signs posted for you to follow.
