(Ages 3–4)
Preschool Gymnastics
Our Pre-School Gymnastics Program is specially designed for children ages 3 to 4 who are ready to participate independently from their parents. Building on the structure of our Toddler class, this program introduces more challenging circuits that help develop balance, coordination, and strength in a fun and supportive environment.
In addition to basic gymnastics movements, children will also begin to build essential social and organizational skills such as cooperation, listening, and following directions. It’s a great way to encourage physical development while nurturing confidence and independence.
(Ages 5–6)
Junior Recreational Gymnastics
This class is designed as a bridge between our preschool program and more structured gymnastics instruction. Children will transition from basic movements to more form-focused skills, laying a strong foundation in gymnastics technique.
Participants will be introduced to proper gymnastics terminology and begin developing the coordination, balance, and strength needed for more advanced skills. Social interaction and organizational skills continue to be emphasized, and safety is always a top priority as new challenges are explored in a fun, supportive environment.

Boys Recreation Classes
Boys Junior Recreation and Boys Recreation 1 Class both are an introductory-level gymnastics program designed for boys in Kindergarten and above with no prior gymnastics experience.
Each class follows a weekly lesson plan that emphasizes having fun while building confidence through developmental gymnastics skills. Students are introduced to fundamental body positions, basic gymnastics terminology, and the early stages of skill development. As part of the Boys Recreational Program, this beginner-level class focuses on specific skill sets and achievement goals. The program provides instruction on all six men’s Olympic events: Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Still Rings, Pommel Horse, and Floor Exercise.
Through these activities, students improve flexibility, coordination, strength, endurance, and overall body awareness. Coaches create a positive and supportive environment where each child can experience success and personal growth with every new skill they learn.
