Annual Registration/Membership Fee:
Participants of all programs at gymNation are subject to an annual registration fee. Only one registration fee is due regardless of the number of programs a student participates in. Registration fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable. Annual membership renewals are charged with tuition on the 25th of the month prior to your anniversary month.
Tuition:
Tuition is averaged over the calendar year and is divided into 12 monthly payments. Each month’s tuition is the same price, regardless of how many classes there are in any given month. Therefore, monthly tuition is not pro-rated for holidays, school vacations, or “short” months because you are not paying for a particular month but are making an installment on a 12-month tuition. Tuition is automatically charged to a Visa or Mastercard we will ask to keep on file on the 25th of the month for the following month’s installment.
Absences:
Families are welcome to make up missed classes in a class with open spots, preferably within the same month of the absence. Refunds or credits are NOT given for missed classes. Make-ups are allowed only for currently enrolled students. Please schedule your make up with the front desk.
Withdrawals:
Please notify the front desk (phone call, email, or in-person) no later than the 15th of the month to prevent the next automatic charge on the 25th.
Weather Cancellations:
Please call or check our website/Facebook page for accurate information on weather cancellations. GymNation does not necessarily follow school cancellations so please check with us prior to your class time. Makeup classes are allowed for weather closures.
